Do you think non-stop about negative things that could happen? Do you break out into sweat and experience a racing heart in social situations? Do you feel like you have low energy, feel sad, or lethargic? Do you struggle with sleeping too much and still feeling tired, or inability to sleep at all? Do you have nightmares? Or maybe you become co-dependent and have difficulty functioning without reassurance from others? Do you struggle with doing activities by yourself? Do you struggle to set boundaries with others or find that you tend to be a people pleaser? Are you anxious when your spouse leaves, worrying that something might happen resulting in them leaving you? Do you feel a sense of fear or dread when you are alone, but don’t quite know why?
